Who is Paul Plamondon?

I have worked in the field of professional training since the early 1990s and I have my Masters Degree in Adult Education. Small and large companies hire me to develop internal workshops and training programs for their employees and customers. Some of my clients include Nestle, Citibank, Southern California Edison, Health Net, Warner Bros, and the Credit Union National Association.

I am also a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) and I started my coaching practice in 2007. I help my private coaching clients find the courage to get beyond self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors.

In addition to my academic and professional qualifications, I am passionate about helping coaches, consultants, and companies overcome the challenges of designing effective and engaging educational materials and events for their clients, employees, and prospects. I do this by taking a systematic, top-down approach when designing learning events, and then balancing that approach with intuition, inspiration, and heart.
